Curtis Park ADU
This ADU has been voted Best Airbnb in the state of Colorado by Architectural Digest and generates approximately $5,000 in monthly short term rental income. This was an original late 1800s/early 1900s carriage house that has been converted into an ADU oozing with character. Because this ADU was built before Denver's ADU zoning code was in existence, ADU4U was brought in in 2021 to make upgrades to bring the unit up to code.
Now the unit is back on the market and back on top! Airbnb once again rates it as the number one rental in Colorado!
