South Park Hill ADU

This adorable, single story, 396 sf ADU is the smallest we have built, but it does not lack character or function!  This unit is behind a 1909 Craftsman home in Denver’s South Park Hill neighborhood.  It was built as a true mother-in-law suite for the aging owner to downsize.  Currently it is being used for multi-generational living for the family, who has lived in the house for over 45 years.  What a great way to keep family close!  Check out the repurposed dresser, now as the vanity, the reused antique door, and the antique claw foot tub, in the super moody bathroom.  Who doesn’t love a dark and moody space?  We sure do!
