South Park Hill ADU

This is a great example of multi-generational living. This homeowner grew up in the main house, and her mom still lives there. This small craftsman cottage is being built to keep Mom close while the howmeowner moves back into the house she grew up in. This is our smallest detached ADU to date at 396 square feet.
